President & CEO
Cheryl has more than 30 years of management experience in the healthcare industry including sales, marketing, operations, training, and financial management, healthcare reimbursement, and regulatory compliance. She has extensive knowledge of diagnostic imaging services in the areas of ultrasound, nuclear medicine, MRI and PET/CT.
Prior to joining NAVIX, Cheryl worked at Alliance Imaging, Inc. for 10 years in executive leadership positions including Executive Vice President of Eastern U.S. and Company Officer. During Cheryl’s leadership, Alliance experienced significant growth organically as well as through the acquisition and integration of several companies.
Cheryl graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of New Hampshire with a B.S. in Management and received an MBA from New Hampshire College. She was also a Registered Radiologic Technologist.
Chief Financial Officer
John has more than 20 years of experience in health care financial management including accounting and financial operations, credentialing, risk management, quality and patient safety and strategic planning.
Previously, John worked as Chief Financial Officer for Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA. Prior to joining Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians, John was the controller and interim CFO at Deaconess Profession Practice Group.
John maintains membership in several medical associations and holds a B.S. in Finance from South Florida University in Tampa, Florida.
VP of Clinical, Compliance & HR
Nancy has 30 years’ experience in the healthcare field including compliance, contracting, credentialing, risk management, quality, clinical operations and human resources.
Prior to joining NAVIX, Nancy worked at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of MA contracting with ancillary providers and physician groups.
Nancy holds an M.S. in Quality Systems Management from The National Graduate School of Quality Management and a B.S.in Management from Bridgewater College. She is certified in Healthcare Compliance and Healthcare Research Compliance and is a member of the Health Care Compliance Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.
VP of Operations
Melissa has more than 14 years’ experience in the management of large clinical and operational teams, client relationships, and continuous quality improvement programs for cardiovascular service lines in hospitals and large private practices. At NAVIX, she has held numerous positions in operations gaining significant experience in the
Prior to joining NAVIX, Melissa worked for multiple organizations in the customer service industry.
Early in her career, Melissa had completed several courses in vascular ultrasound technology.
VP of TEC, Marketing & Sales Operations
Dorie has more than 20 years’ sales and marketing experience in the healthcare and technology industries in corporate branding, marketing communications, demand generation, product marketing, strategic alliances, and consulting services.
Prior to joining NAVIX in 2010, Dorie was Director of Sales & Marketing for PlanBase, a lean management SaaS and consulting services startup. Previously, she held marketing management positions at Heartland Information Services (formerly Spryance), a medical transcription outsourcing company, and Kronos, a workforce management technology company.
Dorie holds a B.A. in Public Relations & Marketing from Utica College at Syracuse University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
