John Krouskos

President & CEO

John Krouskos is the President and CEO of NAVIX, with over 30 years of experience in healthcare financial management. His leadership skills are evident in his ability to manage complex healthcare organizations, with expertise in areas such as accounting, financial operations, credentialing, risk management, and strategic planning. John’s deep understanding of the industry’s challenges is further demonstrated by his previous role as Chief Financial Officer at Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida, Tampa. Beyond his professional success, John is committed to community service and promoting innovation in healthcare leadership. At NAVIX, he values teamwork and appreciates the collective efforts that contribute to better healthcare services. He is dedicated to creating an environment that nurtures future healthcare leaders, highlighting his belief in the power of people to drive success and innovation in the field.

Dorie Kilduff, our Chief Operating Officer at NAVIX, brings over 25 years of leadership experience across the healthcare and technology sectors, complemented by significant expertise in management consulting. Holding an MBA from Northeastern University and a B.A. from Utica College at Syracuse University, Dorie is deeply committed to quality, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Her strategic and operational approach prioritizes efficiency and excellence. Dorie’s comprehensive skill set spans corporate strategy, operations, sales, marketing communications, strategic consulting, contract negotiations, client management, and employee development, with a particular focus on fostering empowered teams. Since joining NAVIX in 2010, she has played a crucial role in leveraging technology to enhance team performance and create environments that promote autonomy and collaborative growth. Outside the office, Dorie finds balance through yoga, nature walks, reading, and spending quality time with her family, activities that renew her dedication to NAVIX’s mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Joseph P. Hughes

Executive Director of Business Development / Compliance Officer

Joseph P. Hughes, MBA, BSHA, RVT, RVS, RPhS, NVS, FSVU, known as “JP,” has an exceptional depth of expertise as a vascular technologist and a distinguished history of leadership within the Society for Vascular Ultrasound, where he served as President from 2016-2019. Beginning his career in 1985, JP has made significant contributions through authoring clinical and scientific papers, and engaging in national lectures focused on the clinical, operational, and regulatory dimensions of diagnostic testing. At NAVIX, he spearheads business development initiatives, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to enhance clinical and operational excellence. Beyond his professional endeavors, JP is passionately committed to quality and training, with a particular focus on serving the VA and improving the lives of veterans by saving limbs. His work reflects a deep dedication not only to advancing healthcare practices but also to making a tangible difference in the lives of those who have served our country. JP lives with his family in Northeastern Pennsylvania, and enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending time in the community.

Executive Director of Clinical Services

With an educational background that includes an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Scranton and a B.S. in Diagnostic Imaging from Thomas Jefferson University, Joe is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in imaging and management. His career is marked by a profound dedication to enhancing patient access to care, improving clinical imaging quality, and maximizing client satisfaction. At the helm of clinical services, Joe ensures the highest standards across all imaging modalities. His leadership extends beyond clinical oversight, as he actively supports operational teams through the strategic design and implementation of corporate databases, significantly improving organizational efficiency. Joe is instrumental in managing the quality assurance programs internally and also for NAVIX’s clients, focusing on delivering exceptional quality care to patients. He is also responsible for the development and upkeep of clinical protocols, policies, and procedures. His expertise plays a crucial role in managing accreditation services for all testing areas, guiding both internal teams and clients to secure accreditations such as ACR, AIUM, and IAC. Outside the professional realm, Joe is an avid traveler, constantly exploring new destinations and fulfilling his travel aspirations. His passion for travel not only enriches his personal life but also broadens his professional perspective.

Melissa Sariti

Melissa Sariti

SVP of Client Development

Melissa has been working in the diagnostic imaging field since 2003, managing clinical and operational teams, client relationships, and continuous quality improvement programs for non-invasive diagnostic service lines in hospitals and large private practices. With NAVIX, she has significant experience in the negotiation of contract terms, amendments, extensions and bids, and vendor contracts. Melissa has exceptional people skills, working well with physicians, technologists and sonographers, and administrators. Melissa enjoys her role as Senior Vice President of Client Development, working to ensure client satisfaction and to grow their service lines, improving financial and operational performance while increasing access to care. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and rescue dogs, Leroy and Linus.

Tim Zorn

General Manager

Tim Zorn, RVT, has more than 30 years of experience in the field of sonography, training and working at the prestigious Karmody Vascular Lab in the Capital Region of Upstate New York. Tim has worked in all aspects of diagnostic imaging, including being a sonographer, working as an ultrasound equipment applications specialist, operating in ultrasound equipment sales, and providing ultrasound services as a successful entrepreneur. He started Northeast Imaging in 2008, servicing hospitals and physician practices, and in 2019 merged his company with NAVIX Diagnostix, expanding his reach beyond Upstate New York and improving care for thousands of patients. Tim is a natural born leader, inspiring his team and clients to go the extra mile for patients, enhancing efficiency and financial performance, and improving the lives of all he touches. Tim loves horses, his family, and bike riding through the beautiful New York countryside.

Aubrey Rybyinski

Aubrey Rybyinski

Strategic Account Clinical and Operations Director

Aubrey Rybyinski, BS, RDMS, RVT, FSDMS, is the Strategic Account Clinical and Operations Director at NAVIX Diagnostix, leading multi-credentialed sonographers and optimizing workflow, managing relationships, and enhancing quality in clinical settings. Holding credentials in abdominal, breast, neurosonography, OB/GYN, and vascular technology from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), Aubrey earned his BS from Advent Health University and has authored several medical textbook chapters. He also trains over 100 vascular technologists to uphold clinical excellence. As President-Elect of the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS) and the SDMS Foundation, he actively contributes to the field through volunteering and committee work. Aubrey balances his professional dedication with personal time spent traveling with his family.

Judy Smith

Business Development

Judy has been with NAVIX since 2018, bringing over 11 years of experience in imaging and 30 years as a Business Development Specialist. A committed team player, she collaborates effectively with peers and management, always ready to assist wherever needed. Judy works closely with both administrators and physicians, building strong relationships and responding promptly to requests for training, education, or accreditation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her partner, Stephan, reading, and exploring new diners across New England on weekends.

Kerry MacDonald

Reimbursement Manager

Kerry MacDonald is the Reimbursement Manager with over 35 years in experience in Medical Coding and Billing and Accounts Receivable. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Framingham State College. She has worked in all areas of the revenue cycle throughout her career and enjoys assisting clients. Outside of work, Kerry is on leadership with her Church and loves being with her husband, grandchildren, and her Golden Retriever. She resides in Massachusetts.

Popy Halder

Regional Clinical & Operations Manager

Popy Halder is the Regional Clinical and Operations Manager for the Upstate NY Region. Popy is a highly skilled Registered Vascular Sonographer with 15 years of experience in performing comprehensive vascular ultrasound examinations. Beyond technical expertise, Popy is recognized for her compassionate patient care and effective communication skills. Popy has a strong collaborative spirit, working closely with vascular surgeons, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth and efficient patient care. Her commitment to teamwork and clear communication contributes to optimal patient outcomes.

Rick Dubin

Senior Clinical Manager

Rick Dubin, AAS-DMS, RDMS, RVT was born and raised in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area where he studied and worked in psychology and social work for 10 years before developing an interest in diagnostic imaging. In 1994, Rick earned an associate degree in Applied Sciences for Diagnostic Medical Sonography, obtaining the RDMS and RVT credentials upon graduation. For the past 25 years, Rick has lived and worked in New York with NAVIX at Mt Sinai Hospital Vascular Surgery, Montefiore Medical Center/Einstein Medical College, and most recently with Columbia Doctors. Rick took a brief break from NAVIX from 2009-2014 to start and successfully obtain CAAHEP accreditation for the Vascular and Cardiac Sonography programs at Long Island University. Rick has been a contributing author on medical journal publications and has been invited to speak nationally at several vascular conferences including the AVID Symposium, Society of Vascular Ultrasound (SVU), and Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS). Rick is currently Senior Clinical Manager for NAVIX, working with various healthcare systems and ultrasound manufacturers to improve service delivery and products, as well as a baseball-loving, semi-professional union card-carrying musician.

Rosemary Borden

HR & Recruiting Manager

With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College and over 16 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, Rosemary Borden possesses the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the field of HR. As a seasoned professional, she has successfully led recruitment efforts, fostered positive workplace cultures, and implemented effective HR policies and procedures. At NAVIX, Rosemary spearheads end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent to drive organizational success. She is committed to promoting a positive work environment and has a proven track record of managing employee relations issues with professionalism and integrity. Rosemary loves reading and spending time with her husband, daughter and son. An enthusiastic dog lover, she also finds joy in taking her pugs for leisurely walks.
