NAVIX designed this vascular educational program for technologists and sonographers who may be interested in expanding their ultrasound skills. It also gives the vascular technologist the opportunity for focused training in their area of interest.
The target audience for this program is sonographers, cardiac sonographers, general technologists and vascular technologists seeking to acquire and expand vascular ultrasound imaging techniques. Physicians who also perform ultrasound examinations and seeking to improve their skills are also invited to participate
NAVIX's Techniques in Vascular Ultrasound is an ultrasound education program that includes a review of relevant vascular anatomy, physiology, mechanisms of disease, signs and symptoms. Additionally, we will cover currently accepted testing protocols and criteria to provide up-to-date information important to providing high-quality vascular diagnostic services. Scanning sessions will instruct participants in proper techniques while imparting practical tips and tricks. Case review sessions will present a range of common and uncommon vascular pathology.
This course can be customized to include all or specific vascular testing areas. This program is dependent on instructor availability and a minimum financial commitment. If you are interested in learning more about this program, please complete the form below or call 508-977-2807.
NAVIX's Vascular Ultrasound Interpretation Course is based on proven clinical protocols that are currently being practiced in nearly 100 non-invasive vascular laboratories. NAVIX's vascular ultrasound labs are IAC accredited.
NAVIX also offers a Preceptorship for Physician seeking more experience in vascular ultrasound interpretation. For more information on our Preceptorship program download our Interpretation in Vascular Ultrasound Physician Preceptorship Program brochure or please contact us at 508-977-2807.

"On behalf of our team, I would like to thank the Navix Team for the excellent vascular ultrasound training. Gillian did a great job coordinating the logistics of our training and our instructor, Tish, was outstanding. We learned a lot and feel far better equipped to move forward with our project. We appreciate your working with our knowledge base and helping us learn so many of the finer points of the procedure."
