JOB TITLE: NAVIX Site Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Regional Operations Manager

Job Description: Responsible for all clerical and secretarial duties assigned by the Regional Operations Manager and Laboratory Lead Technologist. Assist the Medical Director and the technical staff in overall operation of the laboratory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-4 years in an administrative capacity, preferably in a healthcare environment. Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook mail, calendar and the internet. Ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning and communication (verbal & written) skills. Ability to work with and maintain confidential information. Good problem solving skills. Must be a team player.

Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED

Physical Demands:

On feet some of the day and spend some time walking, standing, stretching. Lifting and pushing may be necessary to move equipment.
